Refund Policy
Cancellations received up to and including April 15, 2016 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $65.00. Cancellations received on or after April 16, 2016 and no-shows are non-refundable.
Substitution Policy
Registered members may transfer their registration to another person. CAPDHHE will not transfer any fee or payment of balances.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
CAPDHHE shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event a conference session is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency. CAPDHHE reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised keynote speakers and/or sessions if necessary without any liability. Any changes will be updated on the CAPDHHE web page as soon as possible.
